Information Stored on the Device

The app stores the following information only on the device:

• Flashcard progress
• Learning activity results
• App preferences

This information never leaves the device unless the user explicitly chooses to share it.

Optional Email Sharing Feature

The app includes an optional feature that allows a user (parent, guardian, or teacher) to email progress reports.

When this feature is used:

• The app generates a JSON file containing progress data
• The file is handed off to the device’s default email application
• The email is sent entirely outside of the app
• The developer does not receive, store, or process this information

The app itself does not:

• Send emails directly
• Transmit data to servers
• Monitor or intercept email content

Data Sharing

We do not share data with the developer, third-party companies, advertisers, analytics providers, data brokers, or any outside parties.

The app does not include:

• Advertising SDKs
• Analytics SDKs
• Social media integrations
• Third-party tracking technologies

Data Security

We take every reasonable step to protect student privacy:

• All data remains local to the device
• No external servers are used
• No background data collection occurs
• No cloud storage is involved

If the developer ever has access to any technical or operational data (such as support emails voluntarily sent by a parent or teacher), that information is stored securely, used only to provide support, and never shared with third parties.

Children’s Privacy

This app is designed for use by children, including Deaf and hard-of-hearing students. We comply with the Google Play Families Policy and applicable children’s privacy laws (including COPPA where relevant).

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise app usage and any optional sharing features.

User Control

Users (or their parents/guardians) can:

• Use the app without sharing any data
• Delete all app data by uninstalling the app
• Choose whether or not to share progress reports via email

No functionality is restricted if data is not shared.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

If this Privacy Policy is updated, changes will be posted on this page and the effective date will be updated accordingly.
